Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup

This was really easy and yummy. I made it with grilled cheese for dinner and I was a big fan. Paul and Tanner said it was "ok" but they don't like tomato anything. It also heats up well the next day.

Banana Smores on the Grill

I saw this on Pinterest and found a review: http://honeysuckleblog.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/pinned-it-made-it-recipe-reviews.html

It was really good! It can also be put in a 400 degree oven for the same amount of time if you aren't grilling.

1. On a piece of foil, cut a banana long ways.
2. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
3. Roll up in foil and place on the grill for 5-6 minutes.
4. Open up to melty goodness and top with Golden Grahams.

Eat with a spoon!

Roasted Sausage and Veggies

We made this and LOVED it! Super healthy, too; especially if you use turkey sausage.

Roasted Sausage and Veggies
Toss chopped peppers, potatoes, zucchini, red onion and sausage (I used turkey kilbasa) with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Seal in an aluminum foil pouch and bake at 400 for 40ish minutes.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

We LOVED this. It wasn't quite as time consuming as Sesame Chicken (Tanner's fav.) and a yummy Chinese substitute. I'm making this again very soon.

Ritz Cracker Chicken

Easiest recipe ever and everyone loves it.

Ritz Cracker Chicken

1. Pour 1 sleeve of crackers into a plastic freezer bag and crush them up.
2. Melt 1 stick of butter.
3. Dip chicken breasts into butter and then into bag. Cover it in cracker crumbs and place it in a greased baking dish. Pour the remaining butter on top of chicken.
4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

This one's for Tanner.

Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound sausage
1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix ( 1 package of Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix )
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
1 Can (8 oz) biscuits ( 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits )

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a 9x13 pan and spray it with Pam or whatever you like to use. Then take the Biscuits and it into 1" pieces and line bottom of pan. Brown Sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over the pan. Make Gravy mix per package directions and pour over. Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
