Ham and Cauliflower Chowder (Low Carb)

1 chopped onion
2 sticks chopped celery
1 bag frozen crinkle cut carrots
1 bag riced cauliflower
1/2 bag frozen corn
1-2tbs olive oil (or coconut oil)
Garlic Powder and Salt to taste
1 can TJs coconut cream
1-2 cups chopped ham
1 block cream cheese
1-2 cups chicken stock 



Onion, celery, carrots, a bag of riced cauliflower and half a bag of Trader Joe's frozen organic corn sautéed in coconut oil with garlic powder and salt. 
When it's all cooked add a can of TJs coconut cream, a ton of chopped ham, a block of cream cheese and enough chicken stock to get the consistency right.

Sticky Chicken Legs (Crock Pot)

2-3lbs chicken drumsticks
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken in the crock pot. Cook high for 4-5 hours; low for 7-8 hours.
