Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies (egg free)

These are awesome! After 2 batches, I'm in love.
2 1/2  cups  whole wheat flour
1  tsp  cinnamon
1/2  tsp  baking soda
2 1/2  tsp  baking powder
1/4  tsp  salt
1  cup  sugar (could sub. 1/4 cup honey)
1/2  cup  butter
1/4  cup  pure maple syrup
1  tsp  vanilla
1  cup  pumpkin
1/3 bag of semisweet mini chocolate chips


  • Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

    Cream together, sugar and butter, then gradually add and beat in maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. Add and beat in flour mix. Add chocolate chips.

    Drop onto baking sheet (press down to flatten the ball of dough a little each time) and bake 10 minutes.
