I whipped these up tonight. It's just the traditional way of making fried chicken, but I used panko breadcrumbs. The boys LOVED them.
1. Cut up the chicken into 1 in. pieces.
2. Lightly coat each piece in flour, then egg wash, then panko.
3. Once they are covered, drop in hot oil (I used olive oil - 1-2 in. in a big frying pan). Cook in batches. Turn over after a few minutes or when they are golden brown.
