Yet to try this:
Put in crock pot - 2-4 chicken breasts, one
can corn undrained, one can black beans drained, one can Rotel tomatoes
with cilantro and lime, 2 cans chicken broth. Low all day. Take chicken
out, shred and put back in pot. Soup is done! Top with whatever you
want: sour cream, tortilla chips, cheese, lime juice, etc.
