I made this quick marinade and I let it marinate for 2 days in the fridge - because we had a change of dinner plans, but it worked out. Yummy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 garlic cloves crushed or finely minced
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and use as marinade. If marinating
steaks, I marinade the meat overnight (about 12-14 hours) before
grilling.
Oven directions:
Put marinated steaks on a broiler pan so the drippings drain. Put it under the broiler for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of the steak and how well-done you like your steak. I put ours in for 13 minutes, but they were pretty thin and they ended up being well done.
